Thank you so much for your order!! Now that you've gotten your very own little trinket sized ocean, what should you know about your purchase?
Please note that the vast majority of items in my shop are made to order, so while the standard processing time is usually under two weeks, it might take a bit longer if I'm working through a large amount of orders. Thank you so much for your understanding and patience!
It's best that you store your jewellery in a dry place and avoid getting it wet. Oxidation might occur on some of the metal pieces, and if your piece contains hand drawn elements, humidity might eat away at the glaze and paper under the resin or glass cabochon. A dry microfiber cloth is a good way to clean! Silver hooks might naturally blacken and plating on stainless steel might tarnish a bit overtime with persistent wear. The golden plating on silver earring hooks might also rub off a bit with wear because of the friction of the rubber stoppers.
Returns, changes, cancellations
I gladly accept cancellations, order changes and returns, don't hesitate to get in touch with me with any inquiries! If you're returning a piece that got to you as promised, I ask that you cover the shipping fees to mail it back.
Lost in Transit?
If your order is taking an unusually long time to arrive, I ask that you kindly give the postal service a month from the day I shipped it. If it still doesn't arrive after a month, let me know that it's been lost in the mail and I will send you out a replacement. The same applies if it came in damaged in transit. Please note that I send prints and jewellery in separate packages even if they're part of the same order to avoid damaging either, so if you ordered prints and jewellery pieces you might get them at different times!
I try my absolute best to deliver on making every item into a little art piece with careful craftsmanship and am on a mission to perpetually keep investing in higher quality materials with every restock of my supplies. However, mishaps and weaker links do happen sometimes. If any part of your piece breaks or gets out of shape in any way, please get in touch with me and I will replace it free of charge within the 9 following months after you bought it. For some pieces with unique elements (hand drawn or repurposed or ones that I just no longer have) I might need you to send your piece back to me so that I can repair it, and I will of course cover the shipping back fees!
